Our Children.....

Your child will one day think back to their favorite meal as a child and they will remember a big kitchen, a warm stove and Mommy making it for them. Being sick and remembering how mommy was there to care for them, How amazing to be here everyday to make these memories with and for our children. ~Unknown~

I stumbled across this saying and it just made my day, I know we all feel as mom's that some days are impossible to get through especially when our children are little. My kids are at a age right now where they get into everything, fight with each other constantly, make so many messes I wonder why I even clean the house and just completely drive me crazy, and still at the end of the day, I love them more than anything and would never want to be away from them and all the craziness. I feel very blessed to have a husband who provides for our family and it allows me to stay at home, so that I can be here for these sweet and crazy moments with my children.  I know that one day.....all these moments will be gone and I will have missed out on a lot if I'm not here with them. Children grow up and change so fast that it's hard to keep up.  I want them to know that they are loved and always remember that and have good memories of us doing things together. I was doing the dishes the other day and heard these two crazy kids laughing it up and I thought "Oh boy, what are they doing now"? But it was so sweet they were just being very silly, by making funny faces at each other and making each other laugh.

 It melted my heart and made all the naughty things they did go away, at least for a moment anyway.

I can remember being a little kid and always knowing that I had a mother who loved me , and  would be there to take care of me no matter what. I feel very blessed to have had a mother like that.

 **I know not all moms have this same privilege and I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings by saying this because everyone's situations are very different and I'm not here to judge, my heart goes out to all the moms who have to work and miss out and those who are singles moms and have no other choice, I admire them very much, it takes a lot to be A Mother!!!
