Help Me, Were Renovating !!

Oh Heaven Help me, We decided it was FINALLY time to update our bathroom a bit. Mind you this is our only bathroom in the house :( It's going to be a long Renovation!

You can't ever just start tearing down walls until you are ready to expect the unexpected.
We learned this early on.

Here it is BEFORE: ( I can't believe I lived with it like this for so long)

After we removed that ugly shower surround 

Sheetrock  came down Yikes!!! Ugly Right??! 

Mr. Mak was with us every step of the way :) 

 After Several hours of insulating, it was time to DUROCK!

Beautiful RIGHT??!! haha ok maybe not but better 

We were so excited to start tiling ! Thanks to everyone that helped us! 

 We just kept going and going until we got to the top of the shower wall, It was so hard to be patient because you can only do a few rows at a time until the others are cured. But after many hours and days we ended up with this......Pretty RIGHT??!!

 But than ( DEVIN) we got a little crazy and decided to tile across the ceiling too.

That was the toughest part !!! Thanks to our handy sticks.

Than came the floor ! 

After all was said and done we grouted and sealed all the tile and Ta DA!

Finally ALL DONE!!!!!!!!

FINALLY A bathroom I'm proud of  !!!! I couldn't be happier with how it turned out, the first time we showered in it, it felt like we were in a luxury hotel somewhere...
